Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Excel Specialist in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Excel Specialist job is a temporary opportunity!

The Excel Specialist job require the candidate to maintain PDI price books, set up new items, new vendors, process invoices and reconcile EDI files. If you meet the qualifications listed below, APPLY NOW!

Responsibilities for the Excel Specialist job include but are not limited to:

  • Set up new items and vendors
  • Process invoices daily
  • Reconcile EDI files
  • Validate promotions on POS
  • Setup for retail, cost, cost promotions and deal promotions
  • Communicate with trade vendor regarding price book issues
  • Assist category managers with the collection and data entry of information

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Excel Specialist job:

  • Proficient Microsoft Excel, Windows and email
  • Excellent Data Entry Skills
  • Detail oriented
  • The ability to follow procedures
  • Organized
