Executive Admin Assist

Adecco is assisting a local client in Roanoke, VA recruiting for an Executive Administrative Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsibilities are to assist executive staff with administrative duties: answering phones, screening visitors, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, developing marketing materials, researching/sourcing solutions related to assignments, filing and organizing documents, recording meeting minutes, performing local courier tasks, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

Position has flexible hours: 20 per week to start.

Must be able to work with multiple projects and prioritize completion of assignments in timely manner to meet deadlines. Must be proficient in using: computer and computer-related hardware (e.g., scanner); MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic graphics software; and electronic communication. Excellent writing and communication skills are required.

This is an ideal position who can work independently and enjoys a variety of tasks.

SALARY/HOURLY RATE:

Negotiable based on experience and demonstrated proficiency with computers.
