Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Executive Admin Assistant position in Evendale, OH!

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. This employer will not sponsor applicants with the following work visas: H1B, H2B, H4, E3, TN1*** Adecco direct W2 only

Job: Executive Admin Assistant
Location: Evendale, OH
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 month to 1 year contract
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour / depending on experience with the qualifications below:

Job Summary

Provide administrative support to EB leader and 200+ person team.

Manage the creation of recruiting binders
Assist with the scheduling of the technical training
Assist with tuition reimbursement, awards and recognition

- Must be proficient in MS Office and Outlook
- Manage email distribution lists
- Order office suppliers
- Knowledgeable of Oracle - will be making payments through SSS system
- Filing, print and compiling documents to put into binders
- Calendar & room scheduling
- Ordering catered meals
- Coordinating transportation
- Professional dress
- At least 2 years college
- Must be neat and orderly


Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills (through reporting, analyzing data, etc.)
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Power Point, and Access
Must be dependable
Have strong attention to detail & work with a high degree of accuracy.
Demonstrate a positive attitude, have strong telephone & interpersonal skills.
Possess strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills; be able to multi-task.
Have a team-oriented work ethic; be flexible to the changing needs of the team.
Be a self-starter, and be motivated to go above and beyond for each customer.
Take ownership for accounts.
Be a quick study with an eagerness to learn new tools and new processes.
