Location: Miami, FL 33157
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 month contract with possibility of extension of assignment
Pay Rate: $20.06 per hour / depending on experience with the qualifications below


Job Description:



Title: Administrative Assistant Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Job Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant supports the Chief Executive Offer with administrative tasks and duties. These tasks and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Functions & Responsibilities:

Answering the main line and routing all phone calls to the appropriate party/department
Receiving and reviewing all incoming faxes and mail, and distributing to the proper person/department
Printing, scanning, labeling, and organizing documents and folders as required
Coordinating luncheons and corporate events
Assisting other departments (Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources) as necessary
Ordering supplies, maintaining basic stock level of supplies
Fielding employee requests regarding office environment
Communicating with outside agencies and offices coordinating facility maintenance and compliance
Setting up building maintenance appointments
General administrative functions, as assigned
Commitment to comply with the requirements of Our Client’s Quality System Manual.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office application
Detail oriented to review financial documents and statements
Accurate in preparing reports and projects with numerical data
Minimum of one year of experience working in Accounting
Strong organizational and time-management skills


Education / Certifications:

Working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

**Successful completion of a full background check, drug screen, employment verification, educational verification and reference checks required upon offer.
