This is for 1-year contract-to-hire opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. As an Executive Administrative Assistant you will perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files. Responsibilities for this Executive Administrative Assistant job include:

•Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
•Scheduling daily activities
•Managing calendars and agendas
•Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
•Handling executives’ requests and queries in a timely manner
•Make travel arrangements
•Manage, track and process expense reports
