Executive Administrator III

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting an Executive Administrator III to work in Hartford, CT. This position starts on February 24 and will last until at least May 15. The hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Description:
Supporting lawyers on day to day admin functions as well as updating spreadsheets/grids. Prior experience in supporting executive level manager(s). Duties may include but not limited to scheduling meetings, travel, itineraries and expense vouchers.  Preparing spreadsheets and presentations for meetings. Draft responses for supervisor's review on routine and non-routine correspondence.  Performs considerable coordination and follow through with internal and external contacts.  Will receive and communicate sensitive and confidential information.  Must have advanced capabilities in various software programs (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Lotus Notes).  Supervisory skills may be required. Min 5+ yrs experience as primary support to executive level management.
