Executive Assistant/ Administrative

Adecco is recruiting for Executive Assistant in Cincinnati, OH. (Downtown)  This position is through March 2019 with possibility to be extended.

Responsibilities for this Call Center Rep job include but are not limited to:

  • Performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative functions often of a highly confidential, complex, and time sensitive nature.
  • Excel reporting with Macros/Equations/ Manipulating data. 

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this  job:

  • Advance Excel experience and computer skills
  • Familiarity of securities such as foreign or treasury instruments.
  • Great at multi-tasking
  • 5 years of experience required
  • Having prior financial, investment, or banking experience is a plus!
