Adecco Staffing is assisting a local client in Burlington, VT that is looking for an Experienced Executive Assistant. In this role you will be responsible for providing highly specialized operational support. You will manage the calendar, travel, and meetings. As an Executive Assistant you will exercise independent judgment in solving problems and prioritizing work to ensure your staff is fully informed and prepared.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities-
*supervisory experience
*Prepare Meetings
*Schedule Travel arrangements
*Anticipate timelines, effort required, and documentation necessary to complete projects
*Complete general Administrative duties such as answering the phones, emails, and ensuring effective internal and external communications
*Manage development travel and hosting visitors
*Support faculty and program directors meetings.
*responsible for drafting documents

Qualifications-
*Associates Degree with 4+ years of administrative experience
*Working knowledge of software applications used to support operations
*Knowledge of policies and procedures in an executive level office
*Ability to manage complex programs, prioritize competing responsibilities an ensure that project and programmatic deadlines are met.
*Ability to demonstrate accuracy and initiative in independent work and present professionally utilizing effective written and verbal communication skills.
