Adecco Staffing is assisting a local client in Burlington, VT that is looking for an Executive Assistant. In this role you will be responsible for providing specialized operational support. You will schedule meetings, gather materials, schedule appointments, calendar, and prepare travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory skills, knowledge of policies and procedures in an executive level office, and has the ability to work independently. 


 Responsibilities for this Executive Assistant- 

  • Attend leadership meetings, take notes, prepare minutes and handouts, order food, orchestrate all meeting details
  • Independent follow through on meeting items
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Ensure supervisor is prepared for meetings, presentations, speeches, conference calls, and video conference set up
  • Work with other senior leadership in orchestrating requirements, getting ready for Active Learning transition and accreditation.  This position works with high level faculty.
  • Prepare presentation, letters and communication
  • VERY BUSY office with competing priorities
  • Manage multiple calendars and requests
  • Work on various projects as assigned
