Executive Assistant

So, you’re looking for a great Admin position in Beachwood, OH. Good news! We’re now hiring a temporary Executive Assistant/Office Manager in Downtown Cleveland, OH (44114) paying $20/hr. Here are some of the responsibilities you’ll have:

  • Greets and welcomes CEO’s visitors and guests upon arrival at the office. Determines the nature and purpose of visit, and directs or escorts them to their specific destination.
  • Answers, screens and forwards incoming calls, or takes appropriate messages.
  • Maintains CEO’s appointment calendar and ensures that CEO is on-time for all meetings, and is informed in advance of the meetings purpose, agenda and attendees.
  • Makes CEO’s travel arrangements and processes travel expense reports
  • Administrative duties: photocopying, transcribing, scanning and faxing.
  • Prepares materials for Board of Directors meetings, including: CEO reports, departmental reports, Board books, agendas, PowerPoint presentations and others as needed.

These are the qualities we’re looking for in an administrative assistant:

  • The perfect candidate is a friendly people person that’s always ready to help and a great communicator.
  • HSD required, College degree preferred
  • A minimum of 5 year's relevant work experience as an office receptionist, office assist or related position
  • Experience in a not-for-profit organization preferred
  • Expereince in a professional office environment preferred
