Executive Assistant


Experienced in working with upper management? Adecco is looking for you! We are recruiting for a temporary Executive Assistant to work within an Executive office. Ideally, this department would need someone to start ASAP and expects this would last 2-3 months, or until the permanent opening is filled. Responsibilities for this Executive Assistant include:

  • - Performs a wide range of complex administrative and secretarial duties and coordinates various office procedures in support of the assigned executive(s)
  • - Performs a broad and varying scope of administrative support duties of a confidential nature
  • - Uses independent discretion in completing and maintaining complex projects or programs requiring a high degree of initiative
  • -Preparations of a variety of reports
  • - Serves as recording secretary for committees as assigned

  • Qualifications:

  • - Associates degree plus 1-year experience in a complex office OR

    3 years experience in a complex office

  • -Specialized secretarial coursework preferred
  • -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, or other comparable software)
  • -Excellent communication skills

  • Hours are full time Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Compensation is $18.58 per hour.
