Adecco is urgently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the President of a large real estate development firm. This is a permanent, full time opportunity sitting out of Holmdel, NJ. The Executive Assistant will:

- Manage the President's email inbox, communicating on the President's behalf and addressing urgent matters

- Manage the President's business and personal calendar

- Arrange meetings, events, and conferences that may include other executive business personnel or political figures

- Prepare international and domestic travel arrangements

- Ensure the timely preparation of meeting materials and agendas

- Process expense vouchers Requirements Include:

- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills

- Must be accessible outside of normal business hours

- The ability to work under pressure and handle changes when they arise


Salary Range: $65-70K
