  • Fluent spoke and written English required (able to write executive communications).

  • At least 3 years in an executive assistant role, preferable in an HR environment.
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. S
  • ome experience with HRIS preferred.
  • Provides high-level administrative support to Director of Human Resources and HR management by conducting research, preparing statisical reports, handling information requests, and perfomring clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, booking travel, and scheduling meetings.
  • Answer telephone, give information to callers, route calls to appropriate parties, and place outgoing calls. Schedule appointments/meetings.
  • Greet employees and visitors, ascertain nature of business, answer questions, and conduct visitors to appropriate person.
  • Arrange flights, hotels, car rentals, and other reservations for traveling HR management.
  • Provide guests refreshments as required (beverages, sandwiches, etc.).
  • Compile and type statistical reports. open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • Read and route incoming maill prepare outgoing mail.
  • Compose and type routine correspondence; Locate and attach appropriate files to correspondence to be answered by the employer.
  • File correspondence and other records.
  • Record minutes of staff meetings.
  • Maintain HR Project list. A
  • ssist with obtaining data from our International Plants.
  • Make copies of correspondence or other printed matter.
  • Adhere to company safety rules.
  • Follow established policies and procedures.
  • Enter data for key performance indicators (KPI's) and report on data for Management Operating System (MOS).
  • Assist with HR Management expense reports.
  • Travel among various company locations within Southern California.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must have reliable and consistent attendance as well as be punctual and dependable in order to meet the needs of the department and the organization.
