Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting PART TIME Executive Assistant role in Seattle, WA.

Contract Length: 2+ months Part Time with possible added hours as the assignment moves forward.

Pay Rate: $26.00/hour

 

JOB SUMMARY
• To start: Around 20 hours/week, part time. If anything changes with other EAs schedules, the team will rely heavily on this person and add hours.
• Schedule will be MWF – 9-5, but  flexible with days to accommodate the right candidate. 


Top 3 Skills/Experiences:
a.) Need someone who has actual executive assistant or admin experience. Calendaring, large meeting management, expenses (Concur is used, but another tool is fine)
b.) Experience using Outlook – no exceptions.
c.) Level of polish. Well-presented resume, grammar, etc. Communication skills are key.

 

EA Responsibilities
• Partner closely with lead Executive Assistant in Seattle to support Leadership team
• Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
• Plan extensive domestic and complex international travel schedule
• Manage expenses in a timely manner
• Interface with external partners
• Understand intricacies of cultural differences and operate within multiple time zones simultaneously
• Organize team events, All Hands meetings, Quarterly events, etc.
• Set up of VC connections for conference call coordination and document ownership
• Have exceptional verbal and written communications skills and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice
• Make smart and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties
• Ability to work with a diverse team
• Drive and track completion of key deliverables and follow-up on outstanding items and other projects as needed
• Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner

Required skills
· Experience providing executive support assistance at Senior management level 
· Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills 
· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time 
· Project management experience 
· High levels of integrity and discretion 
· Impeccable attention to detail 
· Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision 
· Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency 
· Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word management skills

preferred skills
· Bachelor’s Degree 
· Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to improve processes 
· Project management experience 
· 3+ years of prior executive assistant experience
