POSITION: Administrative Assistant II
LOCATION: Cambridge, MA
HOURS: 40 Hours per week 1st shift
DURATION: 6+ months
PAY: $24 - 27/hr

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

Job Description:
The ideal candidate needs to have at least 3-5 years administrative assistant experience, knowledge of Ariba, PowerPoint and Excel.

SUMMARY:

Supports the administrative coordination and operational needs of the Global and Cambridge HSE&BCM teams.

This includes leading and supporting, as needed, the administrative aspects of the teams, including:

Support with SAP, Req2Pay, Concur, etc.; liaising support from IT, BPAs, procurement and facility services; budget tracking, POs, MSAs, bought in services logistics – 20%
Meetings setup/room bookings; hosted external & internal conference arrangements and logistics; international and domestic travel bookings and expense reports, as directed; coordination of Cambridge, MA USA and Basel, Switzerland (and other international locations) meetings (time, appropriate technology) – 40%
Operational project management support, including tracking actions and deliverables – 40%
Supports Global Head of Environment, including focus on managing external requests, and calendar management
Manages the team mailbox
As directed, provides targeted support in collaboration with other Global HSE & BCM, Group functions, and business partners.


Operations:

Supports the administrative coordination and operational needs of REFS team.
This includes strengthening the administrative and operational aspects of the team, as outlined above, as well as SharePoint site content updating and maintenance as directed.Key Performance Indicators (Indicate how performance for this role will be measured)
