Responsibilities for this Executive Assistant job include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactively manage multiple complex calendars as well as end-to-end travel arrangements and expense processing
  • Synchronization of highly complex meetings horizontally and vertically across teams
  • Managing work-back deliverables for meetings and executive interactions
  • Manages team supply inventory, plans and executes team events
  • Maintain space data and plan and organize team moves

Qualifications for this Executive Assistant job:

  • Experience creating, maintaining and updating SharePoint sites
  • Document writing, editing and readiness
  • Experience creating step-by-step documentation
  • Experience streamlining processes

 

Additional Details:

Type:                      Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract

Length:                  6+ months

Pay:                        35.00/ HR

Shift/Hours:          8a – 5p
