Adecco is urgently seeking an Executive Assistant III to support a large Fortune 500 client located in Newark, NJ. This is a 3 month contract position.

The Executive Assistant will:

- Provide executive level administrative support to principals as they interface with business partners and customers up to the most senior levels within the enterprise
- Maintain calendars and perform filing, photocopying and scanning for principals
- Screen and respond to routine calls and correspondence
- Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting logistics, including reserving conference rooms, dial in numbers for conference calls, preparing meeting materials and other logistics
- Prepare Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including preparing detailed itineraries and submitting and tracking travel expense vouchers
- Serve as backup and partner with other executive assistants to ensure coverage during vacation and other absences
- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned
- Create and proofread documents such as agendas, meeting summaries, meeting minutes, memos and presentations
- Print documents and prepare packages of materials
- Support various ad-hoc projects

Requirements/Qualifications for consideration include:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior level executives (c-level officers, VPs, or global Department Heads, etc).
- Strong work ethic, with the flexibility and willingness to persevere in ambiguous situations and a changing environment
- Clear and concise written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels in the organization
- Intermediate to superior proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Superior organization skills, attention to detail, and editing & proofreading capabilities
- Proactive in taking initiative to provide administrative support/guidance where it is needed without instruction and following through
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and effectively prioritize multiple assignments under tight time constraints
- Excellent judgment and discretion required in handling highly sensitive and confidential information in a respectful manner
- Solid partnering skills with the ability to work well with all levels in the organization
- Flexibility to work overtime, as needed
Prior experience working within a Financial Services industry?, A plus but not required.
