This position will work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout Legal and the WW Operations Organization. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is required. In addition, exceptional written and oral communication skills, high attention to detail, bias for action, detailed planning, time management and organizational skills are required.

Other key responsibilities include:
• Speaking engagement preparation
• Budgeting/managing team meetings/meeting deadline
• Calendar management/Rescheduling meetings
• Working with the business teams as well-we work a lot with supporting the operations business
• Sit in/taking notes on action items/following up on those notes and following up
• Putting together swag items for events and making sure travel itinerary is good to go for manager/executive
· Management of a complex calendar and scheduling requirements
· Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
· Updating team organizational charts
· Managing group logistics and space plans
· International and domestic travel coordination and expenses
· Participating in planning of events
· Having fun at work and helping others do the same
· This position will work with other Executive Assistants throughout the team and across the rest of the company.

•Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing Executive Assistant support for senior level executives in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to handle administrative details independently, while keeping team members adequately informed.
•Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
•Experience managing a complex calendar across multiple time zones
•Experience with domestic and international travel coordination
•Project management and problem solving skills
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint


Contract: 6 months

Shift: 8-5PM M-F
