Some of what you will be handling is coordinating frequent domestic and international travel. Administrative support in preparing correspondence, screening calls, reports, presentations, and meeting planning. Calendar managment. Expense reporting and reconciliation of expenses. Set up for on-site and off-site meetings. Respond to tour requests and organize all tour details with appropriate internal and contacts including catering requests, conference rooms and tour guides. Additional duties as assigned.

3-5 years minimum experience supporting executives in an administration role
Demonstrated strong oral communication skills, excellent proofreading, and grammatical and written communication abilities
Strong interpersonal skills
Professional attitude while working with a sense of urgency and deadlines
Proficient to Advanced MS Office skills
SAP Concur and SharePoint skills preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
