Pay Rate: $31.87 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30A - 5:00P




Job Description & Day to Day Responsibilities:
Looking for someone who has experience working within a larger team, experience with sitting in a trading or open environment, strong work ethic, ability to manage multiple tasks.

Day to day responsibilities - Assisting a team of 40 where the employee may be working with 10+ employees out of the 40. Primary responsibility of handling phones for busy trading desk. They will be submitting expense reports, making travel schedules, making copies, filing and transcribing notes into the system.

Prior Working Experience - Someone who has supported multiple people and has worked in finance or asset management.

Personality Skills - Flexible, hardworking, able to get along with multiple people and able to take direction well.

The Senior Administrative Assistant position provides experienced professional administrative support to the Asset Management team. The role will support multiple functional teams across the Asset Management department, including Fixed Income, Real Estate, and Commercial Mortgages.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling busy phones for Trading Room
• Meeting and travel scheduling
• Managing recordkeeping systems including expense and time reporting
• Transcribe notes and correspondence
• Assisting with visual analysis and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
• Copying, filing, and records management
• Managing special projects and other related duties as requested
• Other duties as assigned

Basic requirements include:
• Experience supporting a team or group
• High School diploma or GED

Preferred
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Speaks effectively and confidently to convey information to others
• Relates to people in an open, friendly, and professional manner
• Able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change
• Represents the company in a positive, professional, and effective manner, exhibiting behavior consistent with the company's values
• Detail and process oriented
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience supporting a team or group
• Previous experience supporting a trading group
