Executive Assistant

Adecco is assisting a local client looking for an Executive Assistant. The client is located in the Duquesne area. The salary is $17.50/hour. Full-time M-F (willing to work evenings/weekends if business is needed)

Responsibilities include
Support the administrative needs of President/CEO
Travel arrangements, Meeting arrangements/calendar
Maintaining spreadsheets, processing of purchase orders
Assist in special event planning
Perform ad-hoc reporting, create and maintain various databases, create Power Point presentations

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business plus 5+ years related executive assistance experience
Excellent organizational, written and verbal skills
Must have Microsoft Office, PowerPoint
Flexibility to attend evening and/or weekend meetings
Great attention to detail/accuracy
