The ideal person will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting a president or CEO, be able to make decisions independently, operate in a quick and accurate manner and bring a positive attitude to work every day. Calendaring
Travel arrangements
Preparing expense reports
Responds to a wide array of requests for information, policies/procedures and operations
Researching questions and make executive decisions based on findings
Independently prepare communications, budgets and other technical data
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
5 or more years of experience supporting a CEO
Excellent MS office skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
