In this role, the Executive Assistant will be supporting an executive at the VP level. Qualified candidates for this opportunity will have a detailed track record of supporting high level executives in an administrative capacity in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

8-10 years of executive support experience to an SVP or above.
Advanced grammar, vocabulary and editing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Attention to detail.
Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, specifically: Word, Excel, Outlook,
Excellent PowerPoint capabilities.
Strong Organizational skills and track record of developing efficiencies related, but not limited, to paper/e-file management, project management, meeting preparation, scheduling/itinerary management and day-to-day office and responsibilities.
Excellent time management skills, forecasting and demonstrated ability to be proactive.
Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage multiple urgent priorities, adapt to changing priorities, and drive all tasks to completion.
