Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:


Job Duties:

Work closely with a select leadership team to provide seamless support to the eCFT organization
Management of multiple complex calendars and scheduling
Scheduling cost effective air/hotel/ground transportation
Create detailed travel itineraries (including smooth transitions between time zones)
Coordinate with in-house travel agents and manage international travel process
Submit expense reports in a timely fashion
Manage headcount/recruiting information; maintain organizational charts
Organize, execute, and assist with leadership team activities (staff meeting agendas, All-Hands meetings, on-sites/off-sites, hackathons, and team social events, etc.)
Compile team goals and operational metrics
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
Coordinate closely with Finance team, Recruiting team, Facilities team, HR team, and other Executive Assistants within SAM and AWS organization
Management of team space, including forecasting need, planning moves, and managing reconfigurations
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company

Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
2+ years of experience assisting at the executive level
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Detail oriented, with exceptional organizational skills
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company
Proven track record in juggling multiple priorities

Pay Rate: $30.00hr - $31.00hr DOE
Shift Start/End Time: first shift/general business hours
