Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 American Television Company, in recruiting for an Executive Assistant in the Seattle area. This is a temporary opportunity that can transition into a permanent position for the right fit.

The Executive Assistant will:

  • Support executive level managers. 

  • Scheduling meetings, travel, itineraries and expense vouchers 

  • Prepare spreadsheets and presentations for meetings

  • Draft responses for supervisors' review on routine and non-routine correspondence

  • Perform considerable coordination and follow through with internal and external contacts 

  • Receive and communicate sensitive and confidential information 

Requirements include: 

  • Previous experience supporting upper level management or executives

  • Detail Oriented, Organized, Great Communication Skills, 

  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, deadline driven space

  • Experienced interacting with Senior Level Executives

  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook proficiency 

  • Minimum of 2-4 yrs experience as an EA
