Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:


The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provide administrative support to Plant Director and his Senior Leadership Team.

Maintain confidential and sensitive information.

Manage Director calendar as necessary, independently schedules appointments, and generate department calendar to relevant individuals.

Arrange travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel related meetings; assist with preparation of expense reports in accordance with Company requirements and procedures.

Compose and edit letters, memoranda, reports and presentations; generate and revise correspondence and handles processing of a variety of reports and work.

Arrange programs, events or conferences by arranging facilities, caterer, multimedia systems, issuing information and invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.

Provide SAP assistance.

Provide administrative guidance and training to other office personnel as requested.

Ensure project deadlines and performance standards are established and met.

Prepare and present complex management reports.

Performs related duties as assigned.


Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative support experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills/Qualification

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems, identify solutions, recommend and implement methods, procedures and/or techniques for resolution.

Respond to sensitive and confidential inquiries from management, employees and regulatory agencies.

Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.

Can complete work with minimal direction and without established procedures.

Effective in operating and maintaining business and personal database computer systems.

Analytical skills. Highly effective in managing multiple projects, duties and assignments.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Advanced business and personal computer hardware and software applications (excel, PowerPoint, word, etc.)


High school diploma. Related college coursework or university degree strongly preferred.
