Specific Duties:

***Title is Payroll Garnishment Specialist

Specific Duties:
1. Ensure the accuracy of employee garnishment deductions across the organization.
2. Partner with 3rd party vendor setting up new, modified and released garnishments.
3. Research and resolve complex garnishment related issues while working directly with affected employees.
4. Provide subject matter expertise and assist in the implementation of new internal processes and technology enhancements.
5. Assist in developing standardized tools, templates, and processes across the Payroll Garnishment Team.

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. High school/GED or equivalent
2. 1-2 years' experience
3. Attention to detail
4. Excellent Communication Skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Ability to meet strict deadlines

Shift Start/End Time: Core hours are 8-4, overtime may be required

Dress Code: Business Casual

This position is responsible for providing strategic consulting and support to Human Capital and internal business groups specifically concerning garnishment related issues and inquiries. The Specialist helps provide analysis of trends related to their specific job function which contributes to the development management decisions. The Specialist will also maintain relationships with vendor partners and assist with any concerns related to the vendor in their area of expertise.
