Adecco is currently looking for an executive level assistant reporting to the Executive Director for a local non-profit organization. This is a full time hire opportunity for the right candidate with a salary range of $15-17 per hour. This position requires a flexible work schedule with some travel (less than 10%). Background and drug screen required.

Duties:

1. Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite 2013 or higher
2. Scheduling appointments for Director and other Senior Level Management
3. Coordinate travel, meeting and event arrangements
4. Schedule/coordinate interviews, or other activities
5. Prepare meeting packets, agendas, presentations, reports and other documents
6. Take meeting notes for Board and management meetings
7. Handle confidential correspondence/communications and documents
8. Coordinate executive level purchasing
9. Assists with confidential organizational and human resource issues
10. Manages contract lists and associated information
11. Compile, manage, and distributes reports, files, or other documents
12. Provide support in the functions of the front office/reception area when needed
13. Create, edit and proofread documents or correspondence
14. Assist in development of grant proposals and other projects as requested


Requirements:

1. Associates Degree or higher
2. 5 years or more Executive Level administrative experience
3. Strong computer skills in MS OFFICE 2013 or higher

3. Excellent computer skills, communication skills, and professional demeanor
4. Ability to meet certification criteria under the Ohio Department of Developmental Disability and other regulatory agencies
5. Satisfactory background check

Under supervision of Executive Director, performs administrative duties as assigned by executive management. Requires strong computer skills, including Internet research and social media; flexibility; excellent interpersonal skills; excellent writing skills; project coordination experience; ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
