We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiting professional to join Adecco and our growing team in Seattle, WA as an Executive Recruiter responsible for sales and recruitment in the Pacific Northwest market.

Responsibilities:

The Executive Recruiter job responsibilities include:

· Outside sales and marketing to increase customer base for permanent, direct-hire opportunities.
· Recruiting the market’s top passive talent for permanent placement opportunities. Utilizing but not limited to the following: internal databases, job boards, social media, referrals, job postings, job fairs etc.
· Meeting and exceeding expected activity and billing goals established by the region.


· Implementing a recruiting strategy to attract an active pipeline of top talent to fill client needs in a timely manner.
· Maintaining knowledge of Adecco’s operations system, policies, procedures and guidelines.



Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience
· 1-3 years of sales or recruiting experience preferred
· Proven sales skills and the ability to develop new business
· Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously


· Excellent problem solving, oral/written communication, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills and the ability to interface with all levels of staff and management also required


· Skilled in the art of networking
