Adecco direct-hire group currently has an opening for an Executive Recruiter located in Wexford, PA. * Please note – this is for our client, not Adecco directly. Our client is a dedicated C-Level recruiting firm who specializes in finding top-tier leadership positions for companies across the United States. We are looking for a poised, polished and professional person who has exquisite communication skills and thrives in a detailed and in-depth search environment. The ideal candidate will NOT have a previous recruiting background as our client prefers to train somebody from the ground up. We ARE looking for people with education, experience and training in Journalism, Communications, Psychology, Business and/or Legal backgrounds who are looking to break into the professional world or recruiting.

What we are looking for in an Executive Recruiter:

A person who has exceptional communication skills both written and verbally
An in-depth person who is able to research companies, candidates and references diligently and to the fullest extent so that these high-level candidates (CEO, CFO, CTO, etc.) can be fully and properly vetted
A person who works within a team environment to pull out all the stops to find clients the perfect candidate
Someone who is willing to travel domestically to meet with candidates and can be available evenings and weekends as needed to connect with talent and clients (this is not a 9-5 position)
An open and professional personality that can work diligently with all office personnel and C-Level clientele – ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING!


Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or higher in Journalism, Communication, Psychology, Legal, Business or related field
Superb communication skills – writing, speaking and listening
An analytical personality who can research companies and their employees to find suitable candidates for open requisitions
Ability to be on the phone a significant portion of the day talking to clients and candidates
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time (domestically)
Willing and able to be available during evening and weekend hours to accommodate candidate and client schedules


This is a professional level position that will start with a base salary only. As you grow with the company and are trained, there will be commissions to supplement your salary. Our client wants to train a person from the ground up and prefers no previous recruiting experience. A full benefit suite is part of the employment package.
