The Adecco Executive Recruiter is responsible for the sales and marketing of direct-hire placement services as well as sourcing, recruiting, and matching candidates to job requirements for permanent placement opportunities. The Executive Recruiter produces new job orders for the branch through sales presentations and expanding relationships with new and existing customers.

The Executive Recruiter job responsibilities include:

Sales of Adecco's Executive Recruiting services in and around the Phoenix, AZ area
Recruiting the market’s top talent for permanent placement opportunities. Utilizing but not limited to the following: internal databases, job boards, social media, referrals, job postings, job fairs etc.
Implementing a recruiting strategy to attract an active pipeline of top talent to fill client needs in a timely manner.
Developing long lasting partnerships with local companies to proactively identify staffing needs.
Maintaining knowledge of Adecco’s operations system, policies, procedures and guidelines.
Representing Adecco as a member of personnel associations, civic organizations and community business organizations to expand both name and business contacts.


Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience
Proven sales skills and the ability to develop new business
A minimum of 2 years of sales and/or recruiting experience with an emphasis on business development
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent problem solving, oral/written communication, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills and the ability to interface with all levels of staff and management also required
Skilled in the art of networking
