  • The Executive Recruiting Coordinator partners closely with the Executing Recruiters across multiple lines of business and functions and is responsible for owning end-to-end execution of the executive recruitment process while ensuring best-in-class client and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Search Execution & Process Management - Execute the end to end executive recruitment search process
  • Partner with Executive Recruiters to ensure a practical and thoughtful interview process balancing interviewer and candidate needs
  • Oversee and troubleshoot onsite interviews, identifying and solving problems to stay on track and deliver a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers
  • Coordinate and manage all executive search logistics, from initial strategy meetings, candidate interviews and travel, and offer letter preparation
  • Execute and manage targeted external job postings as part of sourcing strategy, working directly with external partners as needed
  • Develop and sustain effective working partnerships with multiple senior internal and external executive stakeholders, advocating for candidates and recruiting prioritization
  • Manage candidate status through requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) from initial application through offer acceptance; monitor for risks to candidate experience and search momentum, ensuring Recruiter timeliness and accuracy
  • Work with external search firms to collect required procurement information at engagement and coordinate candidate activity and communication throughout the process
  • Create and maintain search progress reviews, executive search presentations, and other search documentation; provide relevant recruiting data for reporting and analytics
  • Generate written offer letters and kick off background through the ATS; manage hand off to Service Delivery Center for onboarding, including flagging and managing timing appropriately for confidential situations
  • Partner with Executive Recruiters on other recruiting-related projects or deliverables as necessary



  • 3-5+ years of Recruiting Coordinator experience, ideally including direct interaction with senior executives
  • Knowledge of recruitment process and operations best practices; direct experience managing candidates through full search life cycle ideal
  • Excellent judgment and discretion required to deal with confidential and/or sensitive internal and external information, including compensation, while simultaneously acting as a primary point of communication for candidates
