We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Direct Hire (Permanent Placement) professional to join Adecco and our growing team in San Jose as an Executive Recruiting Manager responsible for the Bay Area market. Responsibilities:
The Executive Recruiting Manager job responsibilities include:
· Through outside sales and marketing, one of the ERM's main focus will be developing long lasting partnerships with companies located in NYC area to proactively identify staffing needs.
· Recruiting the market’s top passive talent for permanent placement opportunities. Utilizing but not limited to the following: internal databases, job boards, social media, referrals, job postings, job fairs etc.
· Hiring, training and day-to-day management of a staff of 2-3 Executive Recruiters (direct reports) in order to drive a high level of activity and revenue.
· Driving the daily activity and production of team to meet and exceed set billing goals established by the region.
· Implementing a recruiting strategy to attract an active pipeline of top talent to fill client needs in a timely manner.
· Maintaining knowledge of Adecco’s operations system, policies, procedures and guidelines.
· Representing Adecco as a member of personnel associations, civic organizations and community business organizations to expand both name and business contacts.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience
· 2-3 years of supervisory/Management experience preferred, or 3-4 years of proven success in an individual contributor position specifically in permanent placement
· Proven sales skills and the ability to develop new business
· A minimum of 3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience with evidence of success
· Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
· Ability to travel up to 10% of the time within region
· Excellent problem solving, oral/written communication, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills and the ability to interface with all levels of staff and management also required
· Skilled in the art of networking
