Position Summary
As an Executive Talent Coordinator and member of the Talent Acquisition team, you are responsible for complex scheduling, reporting, and team administrative support. The project coordinator coordinates all aspects of the executive talent search process in conjunction with other key stakeholders. This role has high visibility with top-level executives and must possess effective communication skills, a track record of delivering best-in-class client experiences, and thrive in a fast-moving environment

A Profile of a Successful Candidate
• Manages travel, expense and calendar for executives.
• Coordinates interview scheduling, pre-employment physicals, travel, relocation, reporting dates, security clearances and employment processing, including visas.
• Manages the Invoice and billing process.
• Supports the Implementation and Management the ATS/CRM (applicant tracking system/client relationship management) tool
• Assist VP with projects, operational objectives, process improvement initiatives, and administrative and operational tasks
• Craft data-driven stories, produce visualizations, presentations, infographics, etc. as needed
• Support industry outreach and research necessary to ensure competitive practices and planning

RESPONSIBILITIES
• You support interview scheduling and in some cases arrange travel, prepare candidate correspondence, and coordinate outreach programs.
• Processing new hire forms for candidates
• You partner with talent acquisition members and other members of our HR team in our markets to ensure seamless service delivery and a great customer experience.
• Management of the third-party background check process and other screenings as necessary
• Ensuring the compliance steps occur tied to proper payroll documentation, pre and post-employment documentation including Federal and State government documentation processing

Recruitment Development
• Manage executive referral existing candidate pools and identify potential opportunities for their skill sets
• Reach out to new executive hires to tap into their networks and harvest referrals
• Support in the creation of Talent Pipeline to deliver slates of qualified and diverse talent for current and anticipated roles in the organization
• Conduct initial outreach via phone and/or email to determine level of interest, candidate qualifications and vet out top talent for open positions.
• Attend internal and external recruiting and company events • Stay current with emerging trends in the recruitment market.
• Establish best selection process in terms of strategy, tools and participant experience.

General
• Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
• Maintains strong cross functional partnerships with business, HRBPs, business leaders, hiring managers and TA strategists, and strategic partners
• Excellent relationship management skills-ability to establish credibility and partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, needs, risk and plans for actions
• Serves as back up resource support for other roles in team as necessary

Qualifications
• 4-year degree in human resources, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Business mindset: able to understand the business and financial conditions, link HR and business strategy, and identify ways to improve business performance
• Consulting skills: able to tailor his/her communication style to work well with stakeholders at all levels in the organization; effective at influencing, facilitating, and problem solving
• Leveraging data and technology: Able to effectively identify, utilize and present data in a way that facilitates evidence-based decision-making.
• Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization both verbally and in written correspondence, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships

Additional Knowledge & Skills
• Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity when dealing with high profile executives and confidential information.
• Experience in competency-based interview and assessment techniques preferred

Work Schedule
8:30am-5:30pm, M-F

Pay rate $20.00-24.00
Starting 4/23/2018 1+ months (Possible extension or conversion to permenant role based on Business needs and Preformance)
