Expansion Configuration Analyst

Pay: $35-$40/hr

Location: Mountain View, CA


General Description: This position requires a self-starter who can work in a team; has experience in operations, excellent project planning and and enjoys collaborating and working with others. We are interested in a person who will help drive data-driven business decisions in new product / service offerings by executing detailed test designs and communicating in-depth root causes, narrative on the trends of the results and develop plans for improvement after seeing the analysis.  



  • Accurately executes primary daily tasks that include, but are not limited to, planning, conducting, accurate and precise reporting, analyzing tests.

  • Owns accurate data analysis using SQL and Google Sheets and provides recommendations based on analysis.

  • Able to communicate key variables that may have affected results or outcome.

  • Makes data-driven recommendations for future projects and/or improvements

  • Able to assess situations, communicate roadblocks, offer potential solutions to the issue at hand, and handle and/or escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner.

  • Adheres to and assists in the implementation of Change Management processes.

  • Assist in onboarding of new cross-functional Ops team members on key responsibilities of the current responsibilities

  • Able to perform at a high level when dealing with ambiguity

  • Executes all daily tasks with a sense of purpose as this role moves quickly and is generally critical in time-sensitive business decisions.

  • Able to quickly assess daily activity need and ask specific clarifying questions if any uncertainty within a quick turnaround in order to accomplish task within requested period of time allotted

  • General housekeeping and maintenance of working space and assets executed daily to ensure safety and cleanliness


Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Experience working in fast-­paced environment

  • Strong housekeeping and general maintenance skills

  • Experience in Project Management and driving Process Improvements

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Proactive and open communication (written and verbal), ability to ask questions and vocalize concerns

  • Excellent time management and budgeting resources

  • Strong Analytical skills to assess results and form hypotheses on trends

  • Strong at determining and/or anticipating next steps independently

  • Technical abilities within Google sheets and/or Microsoft Excel

  • Technical abilities with SQL and scripting, must be able to pass a proctored evaluation.

  • Troubleshooting and escalation management skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
