Essentially the person:

  1. Setting schedules.
  2. Makes sure orders to suppliers will still be arriving on time
  3. Asks suppliers to improve their delivery schedule (i.e. expedite delivery)
  4. Keep track of shipment, movement of material. Maintain accurate, up-to-the-minute records.
  5. Stay in touch with third parties to ensure supplies and equipment are correct and available on time.
  6. Communicates status back internally to his/her team or manager
  7. For the Admin side there will be various tasks that require solid computer skills especially with Microsoft Excel. Excellent oral and written skills are a must


EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: HS Diploma or equivalent. Must have the ability to read, write, and understand English. Ability to use basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplying, dividing, and counting. Ability to read, understand, and use all safety operating procedures and equipment. Ability to operate air tools and hand tools; and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
