Adecco is currently seeking experience Inbound Call Center Representatives for a premier client in Ewing, NJ. Inbound Call Center Representatives will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone and email while providing exceptional customer service.

Shifts Available: 8:00am-4:30pm and 11:30am-8:00pm

* Must have 1-2 years of inbound call center experience to be considered.

Pay Rate: $13.00-15.40 *depending on shift
Start Date: 01/29/2018
Estimated end date: 06/30/2018

Responsibilities include:
• Responding to routine customer inquiries via phone and email using scripted responses.
• Documenting all call details into case management system (CRM).
• Adhering to call center compliance metrics and service level agreements.
• Navigate through the system while assisting callers over the phone
• Perform any job duties as directed

• Must have 1-2 years’ experience in an inbound call center environment required.
• Must possess excellent and professional communication skills, flexible, organized, attention to detail, able to work in a team environment,
• handle difficult customer situations.
• Proficient with PC and Windows software.
