Experienced inbound call center

Adecco is seeking Tech Support Call Center Inbound calls for a positoin in Ft Lauderdale, Florida.Call Center Position Mid Shift 12-9 or 1-10pm 2pm11pm 3pm12am 4pm1am or 3Midnight $13/hr $14 if you speak Spanish .Starting 10/21

Job Related Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Contact Center Experience required Preferably Case Management and Escalations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate computer literacy through a series of tests both remote and onsite High ability to multi task among multiple products on multiple systems Proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook Email Technical/IT aptitude Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required Ability to work a flexible/rotating shift a must. Everyone gets 2 days a week off.
