We have a client in NE Portland (off of Marine Drive and 185th) looking for an Experienced
Receptionist! They are a leader in Semiconductor Manufacturing and are expanding rapidly!

• This is full time, M – F, $16-18/hour
• They are looking to interview and have someone start ASAP!
• Must have at least 2 years of prior reception experience
• MUST HAVE STRONG MS EXCEL SKILL – testing will be administered

MUST BE RELIABLE, PUNCTUAL AND HAVE SUBURB ATTENDANCE!

Duties will include:
• Reporting, answering multi-line phone, greeting customers/clients, data entry
Multi-tasking, and tracking and organizing data, creating and tracking badging
• Must be very personable, polished, friendly and able to keep this demeanor regardless
of environmental factors.
• Must consent to drug screen and background
