Responsible for the review and estimate of design costs, labor, materials and other related costs in facility planning. May directly develop facilities plans, or work with external vendors to develop and implement facilities plans. Duties include ensuring adherence to company facility standards. May develop criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment to meet unusual operating requirements and building and safety codes.


  • Analyze area layouts for proper utilization and coordinate and implement internal plant relocations.
  • Prepare detailed layouts for all departments; revise area layouts for proposed new personnel or capital equipment.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement complex acquisition integration projects.
  • Maintain a detailed set of drawings for existing layout conditions ("as builts") for each department and facility.
  • Maintain an up-to-date square footage allocation chart for each facility.
  • Identify and document utility and data requirements.
  • Prepare detailed project cost estimates and implementation schedules.
  • Verify that all areas comply with Company standards for furniture ergonomics and square footage allocations.
  • Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience

Mon-Fri Pay rate of $25-$30/hr
