Facilities Administrative Support

Seeking all Facility Admins and Real Estate Admins!

Adecco is assisting a global firm in hiring a Facilities Administrative Support member to their team!

Location: Arlington, VA
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
LONG TERM CONTRACT - 1+ years
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Based off of experience


Responsibilities will include:

 

Finance

  • Summarize leases using advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, print margins)
  • Monthly deposits - rent payments, filling out the deposit list
  • Monthly receipt of payments received through excel
  • Monthly store pricing sheet
  • Split out the pricing by company store locations
  • Manage local national company store contacts and distribution lists

Floor/Space Planning (internal throughout the HQ location)

  • Daily Updates
    • Update Stack FM (floor plans), add names to seating, assign assets in system
    • Update mastering seating list (excel)
  • Weekly Updates
    • Assigning profiles, updating for new hires, and transfers

SharePoint & PowerPoint updating

  • Facilities service documents, floor plans, document control
  • Homepage SharePoint - conference room information, customer service information, etc.
  • PowerPoint presentations for various stakeholders

Facilities Daily activities

  • Safety, seating , conference rooms
  • Checking for areas that need repair, painting etc.
  • Meeting with local vendors for on-site scheduled work
  • Coordinate with Property Management for vendor access, loading dock use, engineering support, etc.
Experience Needed:
  • 1 - 2 years of experience as a real estate administrator or facilities administrator. Transferable experience will be considered.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Sharepoint (pivot tables, print margins)
  • Possess an upbeat personality
  • Self Starter
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Great communicator and well-spoken
