Facilities Manager

Adecco Search is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a Facilities Manager role located in the Greater Harrisburg, Pa area with a global manufacture of medical grade products. The Facilities Manager will report to the Engineering Manager and be responsible for Facilities, Maintenance and Security Programs within the facility comprising of clean-room, warehouse and office space. Support the site’s 24/7 operation. This position will anticipate, plan, budget, and schedule facility construction and modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs. This position will lead and execute on building expansion, space allocation and layout, maintenance/repair of building/building infrastructure, as well as closely partner across functions with our Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) teams to ensure safety, environmental compliance and sustainability efforts.


Qualifications



Minimum 7 years’ experience in Facilities field with project management experience and at least 5 years’ experience in people management, within the field
Excellent leadership/coaching skills; continuous improvement mindset; adaptable.
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities with a multi-disciplinary team who need to communicate and cooperate to achieve success.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Outstanding leadership skills with a proven record of successfully leading multi-faceted cross-functional teams.
