Facilities Manager

Adecco is currently seeking a qualified candidate for a Facilities Management 6 WEEK project in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Job Summary:
This candidate will serve as a liaison between the Branch and Building Management in Highlands Ranch, Glendale other location as assigned. 
*Works with Building Management to ensure that the Branch offices are maintained at an appropriate level. 
*Supervision of two direct reports, the Facilities Coordinator and Office Coordinator positions.
*Monitors the Help Desk queue for facilities-related issues from Branch staff. Coordinate with building management for resolution of any facility-related issues (power outages, plumbing problems, reduced of water pressure, office temperature, lighting, sounding alarms,  etc.). 
*Manage space planning, reconfiguration, and internal departmental moves, including the management and inventory of physical building keys.  Maintain space planning diagrams for each office location.
*Manage construction activities with facilities management staff and contractors; maintains liaison with architects, engineers and contractors engaged in construction, renovation or other major projects.  
*Notify property management of all construction and coordinate any required approvals.
*Manage maintenance of convenience center and conference room equipment, such as refrigerators, microwaves, ice machines, blinds and projector screens, etc.  Work with Building Management where appropriate.  
Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.
*Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
*Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
*Strong customer service focus, high energy, and strong time management/organizational skills.
*Must be able work schedule requested by management

*High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

5 + years of experience in facilities management or coordination.

??????M-F 8am-5pm. Overtime may be occasionally required.
