Adecco Direct Placement is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a Direct Hire Facilities Planner Role in Windsor, CO, for our client, a local company with a longstanding reputation of excellence in Northern Colorado. The Facilities Planner role is responsible for all facilities events including construction projects, daily operations and special events. The Facilities Planner will coordinate and direct all activities and see projects through from inception to completion, developing and maintaining the plans required to do so. Our client seeks a candidate with experience in resource allocation, strategic planning, production methods and the coordination of people, as well as proficiency in other admin and management principles.
Responsibilities for the Facilities Planner Role in Windsor, CO, include:

Setting schedules, assignments, and sequences while analyzing data from CMMS software packages, help desk reports, and other sources of feedback.
Procurement of services from both new and existing supplier base.
Uses Project Risk Management processes to resolve all compliance issues.
Manages all sub contractor activities and interfaces with regulatory agencies and municipalities.
Facilitates projects through the entire life cycle including but not limited to: Estimating, Gaining approval, supplier selection, coordination of On Site Activity, and Final buy off.
Develops contingency plans to ensure site operations in the event of the failure of key facility system components.


Experience and excellence in resource allocation, strategic planning, production methods and the coordination of people, as well as other admin and management principles.
Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of customer, personal, and quality standards.
Experience with building and construction materials, methods, and tools involved in repair and construction.
Track record of adherence to public safety and security standards.
Experience with management of Personnel resources including time management, instructing, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance a must.
Knowledge of machines and tools.
