A Field Recruiter position is now available in the Lubbock, TX area for a national company with a 125-year heritage synonymous with quality and excellence.

Position: Field Recruiter
Location: Lubbock, TX
Length: 5-month contract
Pay Rate: $18.00hr - $20.00hr DOE
Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday - Friday


Our client is looking for a Field Recruiter who will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and conducting pre-screening processes by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). Proactive business partner and works with the operations team to plan staffing needs. You will work with hiring managers in the development and validation of job requisitions and recruitment strategies to ensure qualified candidate pools that are aligned with organization’s needs, environment and company’s EEO and diversity initiatives. You will ensure the job requirements/qualifications are aligned with job scope. Determine best avenues and feasibility for maximum recruitment potential. Accountable for sourcing the right talent on a timely basis, using effective sourcing tools and methods and onboarding new talent successfully.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

Responsible for sourcing and pre-screening of highly qualified General Manager, Restaurant Manager and Assistant General Manager candidates
Tracks and reports on recruiting metrics and administers assessments as appropriate
Work closely with the Regional Director, Area Manager and Field HR Generalist to support and promote proactive staffing efforts and source the right talent for openings
Develop effective outreach and networking relationships with local workforce development centers and organizations to ensure we become the local employer of choice


Conduct planning meetings with the operations leadership team to proactively assess and plan staffing needs on a quarterly basis


Prioritize staffing needs to provide support during acquisitions, remodels and new to industry construction
Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing needs and goals
Advises and coaches managers on the assessment and selection of talent and use of the ATS to effectively onboard new hires
Other duties and special projects as assigned


WHAT YOU’LL NEED

BA or BS Degree preferably in Business or Human Resources
2+ years of direct full cycle recruiting experience in high volume environment using cost and time efficient sourcing strategies
Must be able to manage high levels of activity and multiple demands
Must be highly organized with excellent time-management skills
Computer proficiency with MS Office and internet
Must be professional and motivated, capable of working well along or as a member of a team
Ability to travel locally within a specific geographic area; limited travel outside of specific geographic area (some overnight travel)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
SPHR/PHR
Have knowledge and understanding of the retail business and its related activities
