Field Service Engineer Responsibilities:

Provide on‐site installation, validation and commissioning of machines.
Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
Provide a high level technical support to external customers at their location
Provide on-site training to the customers
Interface with cross functional work teams as customer support/service, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales
Develop technical service documentation
Create and maintain service information in company database
Handle field service calls in a timely and professional manner
Complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner
Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement all necessary corrective actions
Improve customer service experience and create engaged customers to facilitate company growth.
Take ownership of customer's issues and follow problems through to resolution
Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused toward that mission
Develop service procedures, policies and standards
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
Keep ahead of the industry’s developments and apply best practices
Adhere to and manage the approved budget
Maintain orderly workflow according to priorities

Minimum requirements:

Experience in service and maintenance
Working knowledge of MS Office and excel
Working knowledge and ability to test and trouble shoot diagram circuits.
Experience in providing excellent customer service support
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Proficiency in English
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Strong communication skills
Advanced trouble shooting and multi-tasking skills


Approximately 50% to 70% travel taking care of customers service call, 30% to 50% domestic travel which in GA, TN, KY, OH, IN, IL, MI. Some international travel to Mexico and Canada.
