Location: Dublin, OH
Targeted Pay Rate: $18-19/hour
Estimated Duration (in months): 2 months
Total Weekly Hours: 40
Shift: 8a-5pm CST Monday thru Friday

Description of Work:
What Field Service contributes to Cardinal Health
Field Service is responsible managing the success of the relationship with an assigned set of customers in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and Cardinal Health. Responsible for identifying, quantifying, qualifying, tracking, and evaluating customer pain points and, for facilitating, developing, designing and implementing processes that improve overall customer experience. Act as customer advocate and liaison back into Cardinal Health organization (field sales, customer service, implementation, contracts).

• Applies basic concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform routine tasks
• Works on projects of limited scope and complexity
• Follows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problems
• Works under direct supervision and receives detailed instructions
• Develops competence by performing structured work assignments

• Support Managed Care/Cardinal Health's Kinray customers in Northeast United States
• Act as customer advocate and liaison back into the organization
• Take calls from customers on a daily basis
• Prioritize action items and take action accordingly
• Work cross-functionally to resolve customer inquiries

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience preferred (this is an entry-level position)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to remain organized
