Field Service Manager

Field Service Manager Responsibilities:

-- Manage Field Service personnel (approximately 10 employees) who perform on-site services including: motor installation, vibration analysis, PDMA testing, various repair work and other items as deemed necessary to keep customer downtime to a minimum.
-- Coordinate scheduling of the Field Service Technicians to ensure customer needs are satisfied in a timely manner.
-- Assist in the quoting and billing functions for Field Service jobs.
-- Observe all safety procedures and use of proper protective gear.
-- Assist in training of Field Service personnel
-- Utilize prior knowledge of AC / DC motors and generators to troubleshoot technical issues encountered in the field or shop as necessary.

Qualifications for the Field Service Manager role in Indiana, PA:

-- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field
-- Management experience preferred
-- 7+ years of working experience with mechanical/electrical equipment
-- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

This is a Direct Hire position typically working daylight hours with overtime as needed.

Regional travel required.

Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000/yr. Benefits package available.
