ROLE Field Services Specialist Client Support
Location: St Louis, MO 63102
DURATION: 6 months
TYPE: Contractor
RATE: 34.17/hour


Resource is needed to support the special project.
Mainly focused on imaging/building workstations, data migrations, end user training, etc.
providing localized implementations,
high quality and effective end user Level 1 and 2 support for hardware and software on everything from: client workstations, office network printers, servers, telecommunication infrastructure and network devices.
Serve as the communication liaison with 3rd party support vendors, while ensuring the respect of Globe Security and Compliance standards.


Experience with Video Conferencing (Telepresence and or Skype conferencing) is a big plus
Wi-Fi troubleshooting experience
Network printing experience is a plus
Simple Network knowledge and troubleshooting experience
Active Directly experience is a plus
Preferred Technical Knowledge: O365, Office 2016, Windows 10, OneDrive, SharePoint, Imaging (PXE), SCCM,
Mobile Devices (configuring any Mobile device management platform: iPhone/Android
