Finance Admin

Job Purpose:
Assist finance team with all administrative and processing responsibilities.

Must have SAGE experience

Key Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED
- Strong to expert Excel skills. Ability to use common formulas are required.
- Customer Service experience.
- Previous experience in finance processing environment
- Previous experience in reverse logistics (Returns) processing
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Attention to Detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Experience working in Enterprise Resource Platform software (Sage Strongly preferred but not required)
- Very strong ability to prioritize multiple ongoing projects and tasks to complete at their assigned finish dates.
- Familiar with standard business practices for order entry and return of materials.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training.

- QVC invoicing.
- QVC chargeback credit processing to Vendors
- QVC drop ship master order payment file management.
- QVC drop ship order history reconcile.
- Promotional event price list setup.
- Price changes non-promotionnel activités. Eg. End of Life cycles.
- Disney Drop SHIP RMA processing
- QVC RMA Request Processing drop ship and inline.
- Backup for Specialty Pre Authorizations.
- Assist with Ecommerce and specialty credit processing.
- Specialty Returns creation and processing.
- Monthly Reporting for Outstanding and Processed Returns in Sage Reporting.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
